Dynamic Business Services Incorporated is an investment consulting company incorporated in the Common Wealth of Massachusetts and is headquartered in Medway, Massachusetts. We conduct a variety of wide ranging services for our business clientele and our clients come from various segments of the business market. These segments from which our clients come from include real estate development, engineering and technology, health insurance and medical services.

Our services include coaching of our business clients to help prepare them for working with investors, writing and developing business plans, developing business valuations, developing lawyer ready PPM (Private Placement Memorandums), as well as conducting relevant back-ground checks to obtain business due-diligence. We also assist clients in seeking executive management members for clients that have additional executive experience. 

All investment consultations are done by contractual agreements between Consultant Company and client. These services are conducted to help the client gain knowledge, confidence, and eventually investment capital.
